We accept returns of unworn, undamaged Harsh Gear products for 30 days from the delivery date. Pack the item with its original pin and packaging and ship it back with a tracked carrier. Once it arrives we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or defective on arrival? Email brady@ivyandjane.com with a photo within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
